Microsoft Teams Administrator (MS-700)
RST Forum's Microsoft Teams Administrator (MS-700) course is a 35-hour instructor-led program on running Microsoft Teams for an organisation: tenant configuration and governance, the collaboration layer across Teams, channels and SharePoint, and Teams Phone with calling plans, auto attendants and call queues. You also learn to diagnose the call-quality complaints that land on an administrator's desk. Classroom batches run at our Mumbai campus and the same batch streams live-online across India. MS-700 is one of the four associate certifications that qualified for the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert credential, which retires on 30 November 2026.

- What is the Microsoft Teams Administrator (MS-700) course fee at RST Forum?
- Call or WhatsApp +91 91672 24466 for the current fee. It is quoted per batch and covers the lectures, the lab tenant and the recordings.
- How long is the course?
- 35 hours of live instruction plus lab time, in weekday or weekend batches.
- Does this cover Teams Phone and PSTN calling?
- Yes, and properly - it is about a third of the course. Calling plans, Operator Connect and Direct Routing with a session border controller, plus dial plans, voice routing, emergency calling, auto attendants and call queues. Direct Routing in particular is where most Teams administrators get stuck.
- Do I need a telecom or voice background?
- No. If you have worked with any PBX or with Cisco collaboration it will feel familiar, but the voice modules start from what a phone number is and build up. What you do need is comfort administering Microsoft 365.
- Which exam does this prepare me for?
- Exam MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams, which awards Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.
- Is this still worth it with the expert certification retiring?
- Yes. Microsoft retires the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert credential and the MS-102 exam on 30 November 2026, but MS-700 is an associate certification in its own right and stays live. Teams administration is also one of the steadiest Microsoft skills to hire for in India, because every organisation that runs Microsoft 365 runs Teams.
