You are welcome to read, link to and share anything published here. You may not:

• scrape, mirror or republish the site's content as your own;
• submit false details through the enquiry forms, or use them to send unsolicited messages;
• upload anything through the placement form that is not a resume, or that carries malicious content;
• attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its admin systems.

When you submit an enquiry, and particularly when you attach a resume to a placement enquiry, you are confirming that:

• the details are your own, or you have the person's permission to send them on their behalf;
• what you tell us about your qualifications, certifications and work history is true - we may put your profile in front of an employer, and a claim that does not hold up costs you the role and costs us our standing with that employer;
• the file you upload is a document, is yours to share, and carries nothing you are not entitled to pass on - a previous employer's confidential material, for instance.

You keep ownership of everything you send. You are giving us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for - answering you, teaching you, or representing you to employers - and nothing else. We handle it as set out in the Privacy Policy, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Syllabi, lab guides, architectural scenarios, recordings and any material handed to you during a course are the copyright of RST Forum and are licensed to you personally, for your own study. Redistribution, resale, public sharing or use in another institute's training is not permitted. Material bought through the material desk carries the same restriction.

Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks, Red Hat, Microsoft, AWS, VMware, EC-Council, ISACA, Check Point, Fortinet, Huawei and all other product names, certification names and logos referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. They are used to describe the training we deliver and the exams that training prepares you for. Their appearance here does not by itself imply a partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.

Course pages, batch dates and fee information on this site are indicative and can change - vendors revise certification tracks, and batches fill. Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract. Your enrolment, the fees payable, the batch you join and the terms of any refund are set out in the enrolment paperwork you complete with the office. If anything here differs from that paperwork, the paperwork governs. Ask a counsellor on the contact page and you will get the current position in writing.

We teach, we run labs, and the placement cell prepares your resume, runs mock interviews and makes referrals. We do not guarantee that you will pass a certification exam or that you will be hired - both depend on your own preparation and on the market. Any salary or placement figures shown on the site describe past outcomes for other students and are not a promise about yours.

Where we link to a vendor's certification page, a documentation site or an embedded map, we do not control that content and are not responsible for it.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, RST Forum is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Personal information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which is worth a minute of your time: the only cookies here are our own page analytics, there are no advertising trackers, and your details are never sold.

A resume you send the placement cell is access-controlled, is shown to an employer only for a role you have agreed to, and is deleted on request.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
